WPFC Conference Presenter Information

Thank You for your interest in presenting at the WPFC conference entitled (Conference Title) to be held on (Conference Date). This document is designed to provide you with the required  information we need from you, including due date and submission process. The twofold goal is to facilitate decision-making on submission of a presentation abstract and to meet CEU requirements. 

 

Data submission is online only. All requested data is required to meet APA and Social Work CEU requirements. Questions can be directed to the Conference Coordinator (Name and Email Address).

 

Prospective Presenter Information includes the following:

  • Presenter’s name, address, and contact information.
  • Presentation title and a presentation abstract of no more than 300 words.
  • Presentation length will need to be provided as well as two (2) learning objectives per presentation hour. We include a link to the APA Objectives Guideline PDF file as a resource.

 

Selected conference presenters will need to fill out the WPFC Conference Presenter: CEU Required Presentation Information form which includes the following:

  • Presenter name and bio of no more than 200 words.
  • Finalized presentation title.
  • An upload of the presentation slide deck or presentation outline; a Max of 2 MB for each.

We include a link to  the WPFC Presentation Outline Guide as a resource.

 

The Presenter Agreement details how the presentation and related materials will be utilized by WPFC. It is signed by the WPFC representative and sent to each Presenter separately for signature. It is then uploaded to the website as part of completing WPFC Conference Presenter: CEU Required Presentation Information form.
