Thank you for agreeing to present at the Annual Spring Conference and Symposium, June 23, 2023. Information must be submitted by March 31, 2023. The following information is the final step in collecting required paperwork from each presenter. Please complete in full.

Please provide one simple multiple choice question (with four possible answers) that addresses the main theme of your presentation or interview. All questions provided by presenters will comprise a post-test to be included in the conference evaluation form given to PA social workers, LPC's and LMFT's who participate by watching the zoom recording, and who need CE credits for doing so. This is a requirement set forth by our co-sponsor.
