What is the program about?

Parent Advocates and KidsVoice support some of the same families our agencies do. To learn more about Parent Advocates and KidsVoice’s missions, who they serve, potential ways you may interact with their representatives, information you can share with them and their role in the conciliation process, come to The Western Pennsylvania Training Collaborative's Advocacy Lunch and Learn. Representatives from both agencies will provide an overview of their organizations, share their perspectives and answer your questions.

Direct Service Staff whose families receive support from KidsVoice and/or Parent Advocates

What will I learn?

When is the program offered?

The Training Collaborative offers the Lunch & Learn several times throughout the year. Watch this page for the when we will offer the next Advocacy Lunch & Learn.

The Lunch & Learn runs from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The format for the session includes

  • 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 Presentation about agency
  • 12:00 – 12:30 p.m. Buffet lunch
  • 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. Presentation about agency
